I am an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church and the author of Flames of Love: Hell and Universal Salvation, an exploration and defense of Christian universalism. This is a personal blog, and the views expressed here do not necessarily represent those of any organizations I am affiliated with.

The title of this blog comes from the fact that every week as I drive home from church, I have such a strong sense that whatever I spoke about, there was so much more to be said.

The Sunday drive home epitomizes for me the journey of never-ending theological exploration that God calls each of us to.

Just when you think you have arrived, it is time to start again.
